I bought these when they were still a start up before released. They never worked right and connecting was hard.
It is what it is... Haven't been happy since i bought them cause one ear has an extremely low volume & been like that since the day after i bought them.. i use them for music and to translate English into Spanish at work.... And these things have such poor sound quality its pathetic & as for the translater part??.. id rather just use Google translator cause it is more convenient

Appalling. The buds won't pair with each other. The instructions are hopeless. Not trying very hard at all...
Una buena idea pero creo q estan muy atrasados, los audífonos tienen problemas, son incumplidos en la entrega, las traducciones son lentas y pesimas, no recomiendo este producto, el traductor de google funciona mejor y es gratis
This pilot thing with this ear headset is a waiste of money. I bought it because i have half of mi family chinese. First the setup of the pilot head sets is a nightmare. Second once you finally managed to setup the bluetooth ear buddy and the software the translator do not translate well so me and my wife end up to do not use it since the chinese to english translation does not work very well. Sane for the chinese italian translation. Very disapponted.
Great translation
This app cannot understand Italian. I'm literally having people shout into the app in italy. It's embarrassing and frustrating to use. Shame. High hopes and high cost, wasted.
Add more and more languages and please make more product / enable offline mode These would be amazing im a traveler and I need this hahha
Needs to work offline no internet access. Slow response with translating conversation and unable to keep up. Will give more info once offline is available. There are better products out there that don't need internet to translate and cost way less.
